Orders must be received a day prior to delivery. We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at the requested times of the day, but we cannot guarantee it. All deliveries are guaranteed by 5:30 pm MST.

We will not process orders received on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays, they will be processed the next working day.

 

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery and it is a residential delivery, the delivery driver will leave the flowers near the front door for the recipient to retrieve when they return. A confirmation email/text will be sent to the sender immediately upon delivery. If it is a business location and no secure location is available or the delivery requests someone to be present, BFF will send an email to arrange a pickup at our location.

When placing your order, if you request the delivery be left with someone other than the recipient, we will follow your instructions, but we will not be responsible if the recipient does not receive your order.

BFF is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the customer. If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.
